Yash Farm offers a curated farm stay (pet friendly) experiences that are unique due to the perfect blend between sustainable living and modern amenities. The 4 bedroom 4,000 sqft farmhouse with all its amenities is available on an exclusive or shareable basis for staycation with friends and families. The farmhouse is equipped with an open to sky Courtyard, Patio, Lounge, Open kitchen, Event spaces, Reading room and large Bedrooms (naturally air conditioned) with private balconies is well suited for celebrating important occasions with loved ones.
The farmhouse can be configured to host just a couple or host a large group of family / friends with pets. The maximum number of people hosted at the farmhouse on a shareable basis is 32 people, but the ideal count would be 22 people.
The recommended layout and the usage pattern of the 4 bedroom farmhouse (with an attic room) is listed below :
Ground Floor – has one spacious bedroom with king size bed and large bunkers beds with attached bathroom, ideal for families with senior citizens or pet owners for easy access. It has two friendly access to the room with sit-out overseeing the farm. This room can accommodate up to 5 people
We also have the reading room, open to sky courtyard, patio, open kitchen, puja room, powder room with attached bathroom on the ground floor.
First Floor – has two spacious bedroom with queen / king size beds, a bunker bed with attached bathroom, ideal for families who would like to spend some quite time overseeing the natural beauty of the farm, these rooms can accommodate 5 people each. One of the bedrooms has an attic room ideal for children to play and sleep, this can also accommodate up to 5 adults, the 4th bedroom is the make shift lounge which can be converted in to bedroom for 2 people to stay with attached bathroom
Weekend Tariff – For check-in on Sat or public holidays we charge Rs. 4,800/- per person / night with breakfast, lunch, high tea and dinner. To enjoy the entire farmhouse for your exclusive use we need an occupation by atleast 5 people for weekends. For kids between 5- 10 years we charge Rs. 2,400/- / child / Night includes breakfast, lunch, high tea and dinner
Weekday Tariff – is Rs. 3,800 / Person / Night which includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and high tea. For children (5-10 years) we offer Rs.1,900 / Child / Night which includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and high tea.
